‘Vampire Diaries’ Bosses Want Taylor Swift on the Show

Taylor Swift’s break into the acting world is a done deal. Not only did the country crooner recently finish filming her first movie Valentine’s Day, but she’s also being considered for a guest spot on the TV series The Vampire Diaries. Show bosses say they’d “kill” to get Swift on the show, and we’re not surprised — with all the attention surrounding Taylor lately, her participation is great exposure.Developer Kevin Williamson said: “I’m desperate to have Taylor come play a vampire. Wouldn’t she make an amazing Kristen Dunst circa Interview with the Vampire type? I cannot tell you how hard I’m trying to get her – I would kill to have her on the show.”

Despite his determination, Kevin believes Taylor, who was honored with four prizes at the Country Music Awards this week, would turn down the role. He added to E! News: “She’s too big for Vampire Diaries now.”

Taylor is currently rumored to be dating her Valentine’s Day co-star Taylor Lautner – who plays warewolf Jacob Black in hit vampire movie franchise The Twilight Saga – and recently begged movie bosses to give them a private screening of their new film. She said: “I haven’t seen Valentine’s Day at all. So hopefully we’ll get to do a private screening because we both wanna see it so bad ’cause our scene was so much fun to do.”
